I started Functional Fitness Training while playing college baseball and football in West Palm Beach, Florida and absolutely loved it from the very beginning. When I first started, my goal was to become more fit, look good, and feel good. I transferred to Western Illinois University to play Division 1 football and I knew I had to bring everything I had learned about fitness back with me. I began in my parents garage with a rower, box, barbell, and some dumbbells. I would train periodically during football with friends and family showing them how varied fitness can really be (less boring). Since I have completed my college football career, my goal has been to simply give everyone a chance to experience what I have fitness wise and hopefully find the same love I have for it day in and day out.
